Program/Project Manager

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong project and program management capability with a structured, process‑driven mindset Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions

• High level of analytical thinking and problem‑solving, able to quickly identify root causes and critical issues

• Demonstrated managerial courage, able to challenge assumptions and state professional opinions in the long‑term interest of the business

• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a matrixed regional environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and common project management tools

• Comfortable working with technical documentation and engineering‑driven teams

• Willing and able to travel within APAC as required (approx. 10–20%)

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred; Electrical or related disciplines acceptable)

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in:

o Project management of complex, technical projects

o M&E, HVAC, industrial, or infrastructure environments

• Prior exposure to data center projects or similarly complex, multi stakeholder projects is strongly preferred

• Experience with HVAC equipment is a clear advantage

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage
