PROJECT COORDINATOR

The project coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating migrations across the department. This role ensures smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations while managing stakeholders, schedules. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and proven experience in enterprise-scale migrations.

You will manage resource allocation, schedule adherence, stakeholder engagement, user communications, and post-migration support to ensure seamless cutovers and operational continuity.

Migration Coordination -

- Develop and manage detailed migration plans, timelines, and checklists.

- Coordinate pre-migration, migration, and post-migration activities and milestones with cross-functional teams

- Finalize names of engineers to be trained

- Plan and allocate migration engineers based on migration volume, complexity, and wave planning.

- Send reminder emails to migrating users about their upcoming migration appointments

- Ensure email acknowledgement received with no issues

- Update Migration Tracker timely

- Maintain real‑time dashboards for migration status, engineer resource

- Track daily/weekly engineer’s workload

- Update calendar and track for all appointments booked.

Stakeholder Engagement -

• - Liaise with engineers and users and ensure effective communication and alignment between stakeholders
• - Act as the single point of contact for business users during migrations.

Documentation & Reporting -

• Maintain accurate migration records, status updates, and documentation.
• Resource Allocation of migration engineers for migrations
• Update users’ feedback for engineers into documents
• Maintain equipment inventory tracking list
