Project Coordinator (Structured Cabling / IT Infrastructure)

• Position : Project Coordinator (Structured Cabling / IT Infrastructure)
• Location : Paya Lebar Road
• Working hours : Monday to Saturday - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + 12 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Cabling / Fibre Optic

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating cabling projects from start to completion.
• Support site works for copper and fibre optic cable installation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, materials, manpower, and site progress.
• Prepare simple project documents, reports, and work records.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on project updates.
• Support the Project Manager in daily coordination duties.

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• No experience required, training will be provided!
• Technical background or interest in cabling / IT infrastructure preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel to project sites when required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
