Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer for one of our clients to support the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects. The successful candidate will be involved in project coordination, site supervision, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project submissions, including specifications, drawings, test procedures, and method statements, to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues, site matters, and implementation challenges.
• Support site installation, testing, commissioning, system integration, defect rectification, and project handover to ensure quality and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, identify risks, and prepare regular project status reports to ensure timely completion.
• Attend project, technical, and coordination meetings to facilitate effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities while maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, engineering support, system implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, or system integration.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders, with a good understanding of engineering project execution from design review through handover.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, or similar engineering drawing software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as required to support project delivery.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and engineering documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
