Project Executive / Manager (AV/VC & IT Projects)

LIONWARE is seeking a highly motivated Project Executive / Manager to manage, implement and coordinate the operations of our VC / AV projects. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year(s) of corporate / B2B experience in managing projects preferably in the VC / AV industry with excellent client facing communication skills.

Your responsibilities include: 

• Oversee the entire project from site inspection, installation and handover 
• Join business and project team for product demo and on-site inspection 
• Work with AM to prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) based on client’s project
• Work closely with sales team to order and submit BOM to distributors and vendors
• Coordinate site installation schedule with sales manager / external sub contractors
• Arrange delivery and logistics schedules with our supplier partners / external vendors
• Ensure all installation, testing and commissioning works are done correctly
• Post-installation training, service and support to address and client issues 

Preferred Requirements:

• Diploma preferably in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• 1 year(s) of IT / technical project management experience 
• Good command of written and spoken english
• Interest and passion for AV / VC and technology
• Driver’s licence and/or own transport preferred
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident or LTVP Holders
