Project Management Manager

Position summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and a proactive project manager assistant to support our project management team in delivering successful projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support while gaining valuable experience in project management

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation activities
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and distribute meeting materials
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools
• Support risk management activities by maintaining risk registers and action items
• Create and update project presentations and communication materials
• Help facilitate project team communication and updates

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project management, or related field
• 7+ years of administrative or project support experience preferred
• 4 years of IT project management work in financial sector is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
