Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in ambiguity, builds trusted client relationships, and leads complex digital initiatives from discovery through launch. You will become an extension of our clients' teams, working closely with stakeholders, designers, researchers, engineers and business leaders to transform ideas into products and measurable business outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing multiple digital products and transformation initiatives while ensuring quality, speed and commercial success. You will leverage AI to accelerate delivery, improve collaboration, and continuously enhance how projects are executed.

Ultimately, you should be able to lead multidisciplinary teams, build strong client partnerships, and deliver digital solutions within quality, timeline and budget expectations while continuously improving the way we work.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with clients and become an extension of their teams.
• Understand client business objectives, priorities and operating environments.
• Facilitate executive discussions, workshops and strategic planning sessions.
• Navigate complex stakeholder groups with confidence, empathy and diplomacy.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, UX/UI Design, Research, Engineering, AI and Business.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage dependencies, priorities and changing requirements effectively.
• Identify delivery risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Balance quality, speed and commercial objectives throughout project execution.

Team Leadership

• Create an environment where teams can perform at their best.
• Remove delivery blockers and protect team focus.
• Foster collaboration, accountability and psychological safety.
• Balance workload across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coach and support team members to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Ensure every team member understands how their work contributes to broader business goals.

AI-Enabled Delivery

• Use AI tools daily to improve planning, documentation, reporting and project execution.
• Leverage AI for meeting summaries, backlog refinement, research synthesis, quality assurance and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve client outcomes and internal delivery processes.
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI technologies and recommend better ways of working.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve delivery playbooks, project frameworks and operational processes.
• Standardise best practices and reusable delivery systems.
• Introduce better project rituals and governance where appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement across project management and organisational operations.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Design or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing digital products, technology or transformation projects.
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong experience working directly with clients in consulting, agency or digital delivery environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean and modern product delivery methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops, sprint planning, retrospectives and stakeholder meetings.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, risk management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Design Thinking and human-centred product development.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI or similar to improve productivity.
• Familiarity with digital product development, UX/UI design processes and software delivery lifecycles.
• Technical understanding of software development and cloud technologies is a plus.
