Project Manager

Job Description
1. End-to-End Project Management

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, execution, deployment, and customer acceptance to project closure.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage scope, risks, and changes, and ensure on-time delivery.

2. Customer & Delivery Management

• Serve as the primary customer interface and lead project planning, solution alignment, deployment, and acceptance activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

3. Technical & Quality Management

• Maintain a solid understanding of system architecture and integration to support technical decision-making and issue resolution.
• Lead quality assurance, customer acceptance, and continuous process improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

1. 5+ years of project management experience, with proven experience leading complex system implementation or technology projects.

2. Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

3. Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
