about the role

• Understand current business challenges and processes, defining project scope and objectives collaboratively.
• Develop detailed project plans, tracking progress, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Regularly report project performance to stakeholders, seeking approvals for business cases.
• Actively manage project risks, issues, and conduct regular reviews, establishing escalation paths.
• Support creation and delivery of project requirements and deliverables, engaging with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and prioritizing based on business needs.
• Facilitate communication between teams, external consultants, and executive members, ensuring clarity and timeliness.

about the manager/team

You'll collaborate closely with the Head of PMO, CFO, and other business units, as well as senior stakeholders and third-party providers. This collaborative environment fosters effective communication and coordination, ensuring alignment across various teams and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.

skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed multinational companies.
• Strong track record in managing regulatory and compliance projects, including digital technology implementation and process optimization.
• Proficiency in overseeing business process change projects, particularly those with manual workaround solutions.
• Atleast 5 experience as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on operations and finance process improvements.
• At least 5 years' experience in the insurance domain.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including knowledge of Project Management Tools/Software.
• Experience in managing API development and integration projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with tax technology and experience dealing with tax authorities is advantageous.
• Project Management qualification is desirable.
• Change Management experience or qualifications are preferred.
