About the Program

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the deployment of an innovative Autonomous Inspection Robotics Program.

This initiative focuses on introducing robotic solutions to automate repetitive inspection activities, improve traceability, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce the risk of missed defects in mission-critical environments.

The program has already progressed beyond the conceptual stage, with active deployments and pilot activities underway. Success in this role will be measured by effective execution, stakeholder adoption, and seamless integration into operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Maintain accurate and reliable budget dashboards to monitor program expenditure.

• Track actual costs against forecasts and identify potential overruns.

• Escalate budget risks and financial concerns proactively to leadership teams.

• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and budget planning activities.

Governance & Program Coordination

• Establish and facilitate effective governance structures and meetings.

• Define and maintain RACI frameworks to ensure clear ownership and accountability.

• Track decisions, actions, and follow-ups to drive timely execution.

• Ensure governance remains efficient, focused, and outcome-oriented.

Stakeholder Communication

• Develop and tailor communications for a broad range of stakeholders, including operational teams, suppliers, finance teams, and senior leadership.

• Provide clear, concise, and actionable status updates that support informed decision-making.

• Facilitate alignment and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.

Planning & Scheduling

• Maintain integrated project plans, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and ownership.

• Monitor critical paths and proactively manage schedule deviations.

• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery.

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks before they impact delivery.

• Manage interdependencies across engineering, operations, IT, suppliers, and other functional teams.

• Drive issue resolution and contingency planning.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Monitor supplier deliverables against agreed commitments and timelines.

• Support contract tracking and vendor coordination activities.

• Ensure effective collaboration and alignment between internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or PMO within complex programs involving industrial operations, digital transformation, automation, or technology deployment.

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong track record in budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight.

• Experience in governance, planning, and risk management practices.

• Comfortable working alongside technical teams and understanding technology-related concepts without being directly responsible for engineering delivery.

• Experience working with suppliers and managing external dependencies.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and identify discrepancies.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from operational teams to senior executives.

• Ability to simplify ambiguity and translate broad objectives into structured workstreams and actionable plans.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience using collaborative project management tools such as Notion or equivalent platforms.

• Familiarity with modern productivity and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and communication.

• Knowledge of project planning and reporting methodologies.

Preferred Background

Exposure to any of the following domains would be advantageous:

• Robotics and automation programs

• Industrial operations and asset-intensive environments

• Digital transformation initiatives

• Data and IT-enabled projects

• Operational technology deployments

Practical Information

• Location: Singapore, with occasional travel requirements.

• Working Arrangement: Hybrid and flexible working model.

• Reporting Line: Program Manager.
