Job Summary

You will lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of digital products by collaborating with stakeholders, designing high-quality solutions, managing agile processes, and ensuring robust application performance to drive user adoption and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution architects, software developers, and end users to analyze and understand business processes for effective product development
• Gather requirements, design system architecture, and oversee application development and maintenance to meet business needs
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives with the product manager to ensure agile delivery
• Coordinate with technical, solution, and information architects to align application design with enterprise architecture standards
• Design functional, user-centric solutions that deliver high-quality user experiences
• Track and manage application development progress to ensure timely delivery and maintenance
• Conduct comprehensive system, user acceptance, and security testing before product releases
• Lead user education campaigns to promote product adoption and engagement post-release
• Provide ongoing product support by collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs
• Monitor application performance in production and troubleshoot issues with relevant stakeholders to maintain system reliability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are advantageous
• Degree or diploma in computer science, product management, or related fields is beneficial
• Experience in application design and development using Java, JavaScript, and SQL technologies is preferred
• Familiarity with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus
