Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery and implementation of IT infrastructure and hardware projects in Singapore and the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, liaising with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, system integration, network implementation, or other technical project environments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for IT infrastructure and hardware deployment projects.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and monitor project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation plans.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and company standards.
• Support project testing, implementation, handover, acceptance, and closure activities.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project coordination or project management within IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, system integration, networking, or related technical environments.
• Good understanding of project management principles, processes, and documentation.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with project management tools will be an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent certifications will be an advantage but are not required.

Preferred Experience

• IT hardware rollout and deployment projects.
• Network, server, infrastructure, or system implementation projects.
• Enterprise IT deployment and migration projects.
• Vendor, subcontractor, and customer management.
• Experience supporting projects across multiple locations or countries will be an advantage.

Salary Range

SGD 4,000 – SGD5,500 per month (depending on experience)
