Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of transport-related projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and business users to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, proactively addressing risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities where required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, including business requirements, project charters, and progress reports.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within the transport, logistics, mobility, public transportation, or infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
