QA Test Auto Engineer / Central / IT / Up to SGD 5.5k!

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled QA Test Automation Engineer to design and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise web applications built on Angular and .NET Core. Working closely with our R&D team, you will drive quality assurance through efficient automated and manual testing strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated UI regression testing frameworks using Playwright for Angular apps.

• Develop automated test scripts for end-to-end web application and API testing (using tools like Postman).

• Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Perform backend database validation and test data management using PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

• Handle manual, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT) when needed.

• Log, track, and manage software bugs while participating actively in Agile/Scrum team ceremonies.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of hands-on software test automation experience.

• Tech Stack: Proven experience with Playwright, API testing tools, and SQL querying (PostgreSQL / SQL Server).

• Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of enterprise application testing methodologies. Background testing HR or Financial management systems is a strong advantage.

• Nice-to-Haves: ISTQB certification, BDD practices, or experience with Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
