QA Test Engineer

Role Overview
As a QA Test Engineer, you will join one of our agile product teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure end-to-end quality across the entire software delivery lifecycle, from early requirements refinement to production release and post-release validation, in complex distributed system landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality assurance for all team applications as embedded QA in an Agile team
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure full coverage of business requirements
• Validate system integrations using REST API testing with understanding of request/response flows
• Perform end-to-end testing across multiple systems, understanding dependencies between applications
• Conduct structured root cause analysis to distinguish UI issues, integration defects, data issues
• Collaborate in the development of test automation with Playwright

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer in Agile/Scrum teams; DevOps setup is a strong plus
• Strong experience in test case design to ensure proper coverage of requirements
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing
• Domain knowledge in banking or financial services is a strong advantage
• Good knowledge of Jira; Xray knowledge is a plus
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus
