QA Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Designing test cases. Reviewing test cases from peers and Testing as per planned schedule.
• Testing complex scenarios. Executing the Test Cases with an adequate combination of data.
• Preparing master test plan, SIT and UAT reports.
• Reporting issues, bugs and updating the status.
• Reviewing the issues with QA and Development team.
• Coordinating with users during UAT session.
• Experience in conducting triage to simulate & clarify the observations with the Development team.
• Familiarity with SQL to query tables for data verification and update
• Perform Application Deployment and Preparing Summary Reports & Daily Testing Dashboards
• Negotiating with stakeholders.
• Guiding and mentoring the junior team members.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Identity Management domain
• In depth Knowledge of STLC
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience in deriving testcases based on FSD and DSD.
• Ensuring 100% test coverage.
• Experience in manual testing and automation testing (Selenium)
• Experience in performing testcase reviews and peer reviews.
• Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work independently and Problem-solving skill
• Ability to understand complex design patterns & system decomposition.
• Ability to understand & work with abstract concepts.
• Understanding of target applications like AD, SAP, Oracle and other off the shelf product
• Understanding of integration approach
