QA Test Lead

The Senior QA / UAT Test Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SIT and UAT activities, with strong ownership of defect lifecycle management, reporting, and quality governance.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop SIT and UAT Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Scenarios

· Coordinate closely with Business Analysts and Developers during SIT/UAT cycles

· Execute and oversee end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing

· Drive defect management lifecycle: logging, analysis, prioritization, tracking, and closure

· Facilitate defect triage calls with business and technology stakeholders

· Ensure clear documentation of test evidence, test results, and sign-off artefacts

· Create and publish daily/weekly quality dashboards, defect trends, and risk reports

· Support business teams during UAT and production readiness validation

Required Skills & Experience

· 7+ years of experience in QA, Testing, or UAT roles

· Strong hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, and migration testing

· Excellent knowledge of defect management frameworks and tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)

· Strong SQL/database validation skills

· Experience in Insurance domain testing is highly desirable

· Ability to communicate issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
