Responsibilities:

Quality Planning & Governance

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Assurance (QA) Plan and Master Test Plan.
• Define testing strategies, methodologies, quality gates, and acceptance criteria aligned with project objectives.

Test Strategy & Test Management

• Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements to ensure they are clear, testable, measurable, and verifiable.
• Define testing scope, effort estimation, schedules, resources, and test coverage requirements.
• Design and implement comprehensive testing approaches covering:Unit TestingAPI TestingIntegration TestingSystem TestingEnd-to-End TestingRegression TestingPerformance TestingSecurity TestingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure testing activities achieve optimal test coverage and maximize return on investment through effective automation.

Test Automation & CI/CD Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts.
• Establish automated testing capabilities for API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Test Execution & Defect Management

• Execute manual and automated testing activities across project releases.
• Perform exploratory, functional, usability, and cross-browser testing.
• Conduct impact analysis for identified defects and verify fixes.

System Integration & User Acceptance Testing

• Coordinate and conduct system integration testing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate data exchanges, interfaces, and business processes with external systems.
• Track and manage UAT issues through resolution and sign-off.

Quality Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Present test results, automation demonstrations, and quality reviews to project stakeholders and the Authority.
• Provide documentation and guidance on automated test execution and validation processes.

Service Transition & Operational Quality

• Support quality governance during commissioning, warranty, maintenance, and transition activities.
• Monitor service quality, defect trends, incident patterns, and operational metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or quality management for enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading QA activities across large-scale software delivery projects.
• Experience developing and governing QA Plans and Master Test Plans.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience in test planning, test design, test execution, and test management.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and automation best practices.
• Experience in API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile and DevOps delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects for public sector organizations, or large enterprises.
• Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or equivalent quality assurance frameworks.
• Experience managing engagements with independent Test Consultants and external audit teams.
• Experience in AWS, cloud-based, or enterprise cloud environments.
