Quality Assurance Engineer (Efficiency Engineering) – Singapore

Responsibilities

• Own testing for the company's internal systems, covering functional completeness, system performance, high availability, frontend UI/UX, and compatibility
• Design test scenarios, execute test cases, and produce test reports to ensure product release quality
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes to increase efficiency
• Evaluate product requirements and interactions for quality, with a strong focus on user experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Solid black-box testing skills; proficient with mind-mapping tools and able to write effective test cases and reports
• Hands-on experience with common testing tools — including test management, API testing, and automated testing tools — with real project application
• Basic knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and similar databases; familiarity with scripting in Python or equivalent
• Strong ability to follow through on issues under pressure; diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented
