Recruitment Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager / Associate Director to build and lead our Technology recruitment desk in Singapore, with coverage across Southeast Asia.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a proven 360° recruiterwho thrives on new business, values deep market expertise, and wants to shape ahigh-performing specialist practice.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a Technology portfolio spanning infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, or related domains:

• Develop and grow a high-performing Technology recruitment desk from the ground up
• Act as a true market specialist and trusted advisor to clients across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region
• Drive business development through a proactive, hunter-led approach
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and deliver on complex, specialist technology searches
• Mentor and develop junior consultants as the practice scales

About You

• 10+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Technology or a related technical discipline
• Strong understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia tech talent market
• Proven track record as a new-business hunter with consistent billing success
• Commercial, consultative, and network-driven in your approach
• Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated by building and scaling your own practice
