Red Hat Consulting Architect

You will work closely with clients across various industriesto understand their business needs and challenges, and then leverage their expertise in Red Hat's technology stack to architect solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions based on Red Hat's portfolio of open-source technologies, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, Ansible, and others.
2. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, business goals, and constraints, and then translate those into effective technical solutions.
3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
4. Consulting Services: Deliver consulting services such as assessments, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to help clients evaluate, adopt, and optimize Red Hat technologies.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between client requirements and Red Hat's product offerings.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to open-source software and cloud computing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Red Hat's technology stack, including proficiency in Linux administration, containerization, automation, and orchestration.
2. Solution Design: Proven experience architecting complex solutions using Red Hat's products and integrating them with existing IT environments.
3. Consulting Skills: Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels of an organization.
4. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, leading by example and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
6. Certifications: Red Hat certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Red Hat Certified Architect) are highly desirable.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or a similar role.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and delivering complex technology solutions.
