Regional ISO Compliance Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Executive to support quality, information security, and environmental management initiatives across regional operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining compliance frameworks, supporting certification activities, coordinating audits, and ensuring adherence to established policies and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, certification bodies, and business units to maintain compliance standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Management Systems

• Support the administration and maintenance of quality, information security, and environmental management systems.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Maintain document repositories and ensure proper version control of compliance-related records.
• Monitor compliance activities and highlight potential risks or areas requiring management attention.

Audit & Certification Management

• Coordinate internal and external audit activities across business functions.
• Prepare supporting documentation and ensure readiness for certification and customer audits.
• Manage corrective and preventive action processes, including follow-up and closure tracking.
• Liaise with certification bodies and external parties on audit planning and certification requirements.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Support management review activities and compliance reporting.
• Work closely with business units to maintain and improve compliance standards.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and standardization initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders involved in compliance and audit activities.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Engage with internal departments, external consultants, auditors, and certification bodies.
• Support compliance-related communications and awareness initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support for governance and compliance programs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, quality management, governance, audit, or related functions.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, PDPA, or related compliance standards.
• Experience supporting audits, certification activities, and corrective action management.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications related to ISO standards, auditing, compliance, or information security.
• Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
• Exposure to IT, technology, or managed services environments.
• Familiarity with government portals, regulatory submissions, or compliance administration processes.
• Knowledge of risk management, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
