Drive Revenue Growth: Own and exceed annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets across assigned accounts, territories, or industry verticals. Should be managing strategic BFSI clients
o Develop Strategic Client Relationships: Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers to create long-term strategic partnerships.
o Generate New Business: Identify, qualify, and close new logo opportunities while expanding existing client portfolios through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives. Should have opened at least 3 large enterprise logos in last 1 year.
o Lead Large Deal Pursuits: Drive end-to-end pursuit management for large and complex IT services deals, including solutioning, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure.
o Create Account Growth Strategies: Develop and execute account plans focused on white-space identification, stakeholder mapping, and multi-year revenue growth.
o Collaborate with Delivery and Solution Teams: Work closely with delivery, consulting, architecture, and practice teams to develop compelling client solutions and ensure successful transitions.
o Manage Commercials and Contracting: Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, MSAs, SOWs, pricing strategies, risk management, and margin optimization. Should have handled MSA empanelment before for ASEAN clients.
o Build and Maintain Sales Pipeline: Ensure a healthy pipeline through prospecting, market intelligence, partner ecosystems, industry events, and relationship networks.
o Provide Market and Competitive Insights: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics), and competitor activities to shape winning strategies.
o Lead and Coach Sales Teams:
Mentor account managers, client partners, and sales professionals while fostering ahigh-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
