Job Scope:
In this role, you will join us in providing your favourite retailers innovative solutions to protect, maintain and improve their businesses! Bring new mobile phone models live in-store, install cutting-edge technological security and cashiering solutions! Key Responsibilities:

• Execute New Model Launch / Brand Activation activities in accordance with MarCom guidelines and SLA.
• Managing and updating clients’ demo devices and point-of-sales materials.
• Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities.
• Install, configure, and test hardware and software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on systems.

Requirements:

• Working experience as a technician, brand ambassador or in a similar role.
• Min. Higher NiTEC certification in mechatronics, electronics, computing or relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Possess Class 2 & 3 license with motorbike an advantage.
• 5.5 days/week

Remuneration Package:

• Basic salary of $2000 excluding other allowances (Extra Duty Allowance etc)
• Company insured
