Job Description - Risk & Compliance Support Analyst

Overall 3 years of experience in production and application support, ensuring system stability, availability, and timely issue resolution.
Experienced in supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and maintaining critical business applications.
Working knowledge of Kotlin, Java, React.js, and SQL, with the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and support applications developed using these technologies.
Basic knowledge in Tableau and AWS.
Provide day-to-day production and application support for GRC platforms, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
Monitor application health, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Support the RSA Archer Risk Management platform, including troubleshooting, configuration, user support, and issue resolution.
