Sales Engagement Manager (Government)

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our team to drive stakeholder engagement, product adoption, and marketing strategy for AI-powered solutions supporting digital transformation.

• 5 days work week (Mon - Fri).

Responsibilities:

• Drive engagement and adoption across government agencies.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and run events, workshops, and community initiatives.
• Build business use cases and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Data teams in an agile environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of stakeholder engagement and digital marketing experience.
• Experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and event management.
• Ability to understand technical IT/AI concepts and translate them into business value.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with search/marketing tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush) is a plus.
