We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to support the growth of our Singapore business. In this role, you will assist in developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales of IDC infrastructure and AI compute solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates with some experience in technology or enterprise sales who are eager to build their career in the fast-growing AI and cloud infrastructure industry. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and technical teams while gaining exposure to enterprise customers and cutting-edge technologies.
· Assist in promoting IDC rack resources, cloud infrastructure, and AI compute solutions to enterprise customers.
· Support lead generation, client outreach, and sales pipeline development.
· Maintain regular communication with customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
· Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to support
· Provide timely follow-up and basic after-sales support to customers.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the IDC and AI infrastructure market.
· Support sales campaigns, events, and partner activities when required.
· Work closely with the sales manager and technical teams to support ongoing projects.
· 1–3 years of sales experience in ICT, cloud, technology, or related industries preferred.
· Strong interest in AI infrastructure, cloud services, or enterprise technology solutions.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic understanding of enterprise IT or cloud solutions is a plus.
· Business-level Chinese communication skills preferred to support regional coordination.
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
