Sales Executive (IT/Central/3.5k/5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Uncover, pursue, and cultivate fresh business prospects within the IT Solutions landscape.
• Initiate outreach via cold calls to schedule appointments with prospective clients and leads.
• Forge and sustain enduring partnerships with primary decision-makers, stakeholders, current clients, and potential leads to drive satisfaction, foster loyalty, and generate referrals.
• Assess client requirements, deliver pricing proposals, and carry out solution walkthroughs and sales presentations.
• Handle contract negotiations, finalize agreement terms, and successfully secure deals.
• Establish, achieve, and surpass sales quotas via energetic lead generation and active customer interaction.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers to nurture and strengthen mutual partnerships.
• Offer advisory sales assistance aimed at enabling clients to enhance the efficiency of their IT systems and business processes.
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams—particularly technical support and product development—to guarantee that customer requirements are fully addressed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or related field
• Min 1 year of IT sales or Business solutions sales experience
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Conscious, sensitive, practical and realistic to business practices.
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and desire for sales with a confident and determined approach.
• Highly Self-motivated, Matured, proactive and ambitious in achieving goals with minimal supervision.
