Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Data Centre Sales Manager to expand our business in the data centre and enterprise technology market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across Singapore and the Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the data centre, IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and enterprise technology sectors.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, data centre operators, consultants, system integrators, technology partners, and vendors.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business and operational needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, quotation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecast.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, technical, project, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and customer reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Support regional business development activities and customer projects across Southeast Asia as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience selling data centre solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior management and key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of data centre infrastructure, enterprise IT solutions, or digital infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore and the Southeast Asia region when required.
