Sales Manager, B2B (IT Products - Channel & Distribution)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales Manager to join a regional sales team focused on channel and reseller markets across Southeast Asia and South Asia.

What You Will Do

Channel & Partner Management

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distribution partners across assigned territories in SEA and South Asia
• Provide channel partners with sales support, product training, and marketing materials to maximize their performance
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and distribution partners to expand market reach

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads to grow the customer base and increase market share
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue objectives, ensuring consistent and profitable growth
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, clearly articulating features, benefits, and value propositions

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform sales and product strategy

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams on product development, pricing strategy, inventory management, and technical support
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market activities with sales priorities

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Singaporean Only
