Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: ICT Services Provider (Data Centre Operator)
• Position Title: Sales Manager
• Working Location: East (nearest MRT: Kaki Bukit)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager, Commercial to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence across local markets.
• Promote the expansion of revenue opportunities by growing the portfolio of network connectivity and infrastructure solutions.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and acquire new customer segments.
• Prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with clients.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales objectives through effective pipeline management and successful deal execution.
• Support the General Manager, Commercial in pricing decisions, contract negotiations, and commercial proposal development.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and provide customised offerings that address customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction with the company's products and services.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to support commercial planning.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
• Relevant industry experience in network connectivity solutions, including data centre interconnection, dark fibre, IP services, or related ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Skilled in managing full product lifecycle, with the ability to apply customer-focused, data-driven, and design-thinking methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong ability to influence and foster productive partnerships internally and externally.
