We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in Singapore, driving growth and strengthening LWS Network’s position in the local market.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with the General Manager, Commercial to drive sales performance and ensure market alignment in local markets.
Champion efforts to expand revenue streams and enhance our portfolio of network connectivity and infrastructure solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and penetrate new customer segments.
Identify, engage, and secure new customers while nurturing long-term partnerships.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive pipeline management and effective deal closure.
Collaborate with the General Manager, Commercial to oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.
Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations team to ensure smooth product delivery, support and to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key clients & business associates, to unlock new business opportunities
Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or a related role
The ideal candidate should have a background with relevant work experience in network solutions and connectivity, including data centre interconnection, dark fibre services, and IP services.
Skilled in managing the full product lifecycle, applying customer-centric, data-driven, and design-thinking approaches.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong ability to influence and foster productive partnerships internally and externally.
Results-driven with excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
