Sales Manager (up to $8,500 base 200k OTE B2B Solution Sales)

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive business development within assigned verticals (Enterprise, Education, Government, Hospitality, Entertainment)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow pipeline and close high-value AV solution deals
• Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, driving performance and target achievement
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to secure long-term partnerships
• Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
• Work closely with internal design, engineering, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Monitor team pipeline, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
• Identify market opportunities and guide team direction based on industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in AV, IT, or related industries
• Proven track record in managing and closing high-value deals
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
• Strong network within relevant sectors and ability to engage senior stakeholders
