Sales Support - Kaki Bukit ($2500 - $3200 / IT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders

• Process purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO)

• Manage and track sales transactions and documentation

• Respond to customer enquiries and solve order issues or product-related questions

• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly across teams

• Help prepare reports, sales documents and assist with tender submissions

• Meet customers/presentations or attend customer/vendor events

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
