About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You will provide technical leadership across complex Salesforce implementations, drive solution architecture, and lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), OmniStudio, and enterprise integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, including data models, security, automation, integrations, and application architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Define architecture standards, governance, and technical roadmaps.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and technical consultants.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review implementation approaches and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for delivery teams.

Salesforce Delivery

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from solution design through deployment and post-production support.
• Break down business requirements into technical work packages and sprint deliverables.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage delivery scope, timelines, and quality.

Service Cloud & Public Sector Solutions

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including:Case ManagementOmni-Channel RoutingKnowledge ManagementEntitlements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Implement Public Sector Solutions (PSS) capabilities for government or regulated industry environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.

OmniStudio

• Design and develop OmniStudio solutions including:OmniScriptsFlexCardsDataRaptorsIntegration Procedures
• Establish reusable solution patterns and development standards.
• Recommend appropriate use of OmniStudio, Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

System Integration

• Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Develop secure integration architectures using:REST APIsPlatform EventsMiddleware (e.g. MuleSoft)Identity and SSO technologiesOAuth
• Ensure integration performance, security, and scalability.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to architecture standards, governance frameworks, and reusable solution assets.
• Drive platform optimisation, technical innovation, and best practices.
• Support Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiatives where applicable.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in:Salesforce Service CloudPublic Sector Solutions (PSS)OmniStudioApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce Flow
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing model, governor limits, and platform best practices.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, middleware, and identity management solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
• Salesforce System Architect Certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, SFDX, and release management.
• Experience establishing Salesforce governance and Centre of Excellence (CoE) practices.
