Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business analysts to deliver value-driven Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze technical requirements and independently own assigned development tasks to deliver required functionalities.
• Propose alternative technical solutions and recommendations based on experience and best practices where applicable.
• Develop automation using Apex and build custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omni Studio (Omni Script), and Visualforce.
• Work closely with the functional team to customize Salesforce objects, including object creation, page layouts, custom fields, record types, and related configurations.
• Adhere to established technical governance, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications and design documents.
• Participate actively throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve defects and bugs in a timely manner.
• Proactively identify technical and development risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate risks to the project team.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
• Strong experience developing with: Apex Classes and Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Omni Studio / Omni Script
• Good understanding of the software development and project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technical architecture, system configuration, development, and deployment.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within project deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer II Omni Studio Developer JavaScript Developer I Salesforce Consultant Certifications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and system integrations.
