Salesforce Developer

DBiz is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join the Singapore Team to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for a range of clientele projects. The role will collaborate withcross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and UX Designers, to implement robust solutions aligned with client business needs. This position requires strong technical skills in Salesforce development, integration, and platform administration, as well as experience working in Agile environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables, platform stability, and continuous improvement across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities
•

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Custom Objects, and Validation Rules.
• Configure and implement Salesforce platform capabilities, primarily on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related modules as required by client projects.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools such as MuleSoft.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements, user stories, and UX designs into technical implementations in collaboration with architects and business analysts.
• Perform unit and system integration testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime and high platform stability.
• Support deployment activities across development, SIT, UAT, staging, and production environments.
• Follow established development standards, version control practices (e.g., GitLab), and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment procedures, and operational playbooks.
• Continuously improve application performance, maintainability, and user experience through best practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Flows).
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, especially Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and external system integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git/GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Omnistudio or Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Experience integrating with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise case management systems or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience with AI-related Salesforce capabilities (e.g., Agentforce).
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and a continuous learning mindset.
