About The Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design effective SAP Concur solutions that align with their needs.
• Lead and oversee in the implementation of SAP Concur modules, including expense management, travel management, and invoice management.
• Configure and customize SAP Concur solutions to meet client specifications, ensuring the system is set up accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide expert guidance and training to clients on how to effectively use SAP Concur modules, including conducting workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP Concur and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
• Lead in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and showcasing the value of SAP Concur solutions to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a SAP Concur Consultant or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of SAP Concur modules and functionality.
• At least 3 SAP Concur full cycle implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of expense management, travel management, and invoice management processes.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP Concur solutions to meet client requirements.
• Solid understanding of SAP Concur integration with other systems, such as ERP systems and travel booking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• SAP Concur certification is highly desirable.
