SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional or technical solutions.
• Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules based on business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform GAP analysis, and suggest improvements.
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices and business process optimization.
• Support SAP system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and SAP patch implementations.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues in a timely manner.
• Work with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers for successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in SAP consulting.
• Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, HCM, ABAP).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP technologies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, human resources, or sales & distribution.
• Ability to perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting independently.
• Good knowledge of integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• SAP certification in relevant module(s) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP project lifecycle management (implementation, upgrade, migration).
• Knowledge of SAP analytics, reporting tools (SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum project methodology.
