Job Summary

Location: Singapore

We are looking for an SAP Associate (EWM) to join our 24/7 SAP support team, providing application support, issue resolution, and continuous improvements for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. This role is ideal for early-career SAP professionals who are eager to build their expertise in SAP support operations and are open to working permanent shift schedules.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

- At least 0.5 years of experience in SAP application support, ERP support, or IT systems support. Fresh graduates with relevant SAP internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.

- Exposure to warehouse management, logistics, manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or distribution operations is an advantage.

- Willing to work on a permanent shift schedule, including mid shift or night shift, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP WM, or related SAP logistics modules (MM, SM, PM, etc.).

- Understanding of SAP support processes, incident management, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a 24/7 support environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, or other SAP Supply Chain modules.

- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.

- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, RF devices, barcode scanning, or logistics business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for SAP EWM, including incident resolution, service requests, and user support.

- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve application issues.

- Support SAP enhancements, testing, system changes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure stable and efficient warehouse operations.

- Participate in shift handovers, operational reporting, and adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).
