SAP FICO Lead

•⁠  ⁠Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. 

•⁠  ⁠Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. 

•⁠  ⁠Design and configure SAP FICO solutions based on business needs and industry best practices. 

•⁠  ⁠Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, and requirement clarification sessions with customers. 

•⁠  ⁠Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related SAP discussions. 

•⁠  ⁠Coordinate and manage onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery. 

•⁠  ⁠Provide functional guidance during system integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. 

•⁠  ⁠Support data migration, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities. 

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and HR. 

•⁠  ⁠Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimized SAP solutions. 

•⁠  ⁠Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development activities. 

•⁠  ⁠Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and audit requirements.
