Responsibilities

1. Utilize advanced proficiency in SAP IBP DP/SP to streamline supply chain operations effectively.
2. Lead and oversee master data management processes to ensure the precision and completeness of data.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative demand and supply planning strategies leveraging SAP IBP DP/SP.
4. Employ data analytics techniques to analyze demand patterns, sales forecasts, and historical data, optimizing inventory levels.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement and drive operational efficiency using SAP IBP DP/SP.
6. Develop and implement sophisticated inventory deployment strategies aligned with customer demands, emphasizing cost reduction.
7. Provide expert guidance to business users, facilitating the efficient utilization of SAP IBP DP/SP functionalities.
8. Address and rectify system issues or discrepancies pertaining to demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management using SAP IBP DP/SP.
9. Keep abreast of cutting-edge industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, with a focus on fulfillment operations, order management, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
10. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement process enhancements and technological advancements.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

1. Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP IBP DP/SP.
2. Demonstrated understanding of fulfillment operations, order management, inventory management, and supplier relationship management within a technological context.
3. Expertise in data analysis, quantitative analysis, and forecasting techniques, with proficiency in leveraging technology for analysis.
4. Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving process improvements leveraging technological solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a technological environment.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technological environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
