Job Summary

You will lead the delivery of HR technology bolt-on solutions by managing projects through the full Software Development Lifecycle, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with ICT governance and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR technology bolt-on solutions that enhance the core SaaS platform within the human resources programme
• Manage projects through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Conduct detailed requirements gathering and solution planning to align with business needs
• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders, including business users, vendors, and technical teams, to facilitate project success
• Support procurement activities by preparing FEP, tender documents, evaluating bids, and awarding purchase orders
• Ensure all project activities comply with ICT governance and security policies such as IM8
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering IT projects or implementing systems
• Proficiency in SDLC and project management methodologies
• Knowledge of IM8 or equivalent ICT governance policies
• Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on HR systems or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with public sector procurement and tender processes
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Fusion
