Job summary
Join a dynamic team responsible for managing strategic Business - IT projects at Leonteq. Work across multiple systems across the value chain in cross-functional product teams on front-to-back topics. Collaborate on a daily basis with Business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements • Participate in the design of solution architecture • Breakdown solutions into sub-systems impact • Write technical specifications • Coordinate and groom development teams • Define and execute unit, functional & non-regression test strategy • Coordinate with release and quality assurance teams • Manage stakeholders • Steer delivery until completion • Contribute to the overall health and consistency of the platform • Contribute to the BA team
Requirements
• Master's degree in engineering, finance, economics, or IT domains preferred • 5-10+ years of work experience in Investment Banking Front Office space • Extensive knowledge of derivatives products, full trade lifecycle, and market operations • Strong analytical and logical mindset • Fluid and clear communication • Writing skills i.e. ability to describe complex problems in a simple manner • Ability to convert business problems into IT solutions • Persistence and ability to maintain project momentum • Initiative-taker, autonomous, and proactive team-member • Forward thinker with a desire to learn and innovate • Fluent in English
