Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

·       Understand clients' business processes, operational requirements, and target-state objectives.

·       Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across business, risk, operations, compliance, and technology teams.

·       Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.

·       Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, business rules, process flows, user stories, and solution designs.

·       Act as the primary business contact for project-related requirements, clarifications, and solution discussions.

·       Perform gap analysis and configure theproduct to meet client business requirements, credit policies, regulatoryrequirements, and operational processes.

·       Collaborate with Project Managers,Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and client stakeholdersthroughout the project lifecycle.

·       Document and manage business andfunctional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives andtechnical feasibility.

·       Lead UAT planning, execution, defecttriage, business validation, and sign-off activities.

·       Provide business and solution consultingto clients and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve project issues andimplementation challenges.

·       Support project deployment, stabilization,and post-go-live activities.

·       Provide recommendations and support solution design discussions based on business and system requirements.

·       Leverage AI-assisted capabilities to improve requirements analysis, business process optimization, solution design, testing, and project delivery activities.

Requirements:

·       BA/BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent business and technical experience.

·       Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or software implementation within the banking or financial services industry.

·       Experience in banking or financial services. Experience inCommercial Lending, Corporate Lending, Credit Origination, or Credit RiskManagement will be an advantage.

·       Experience conducting business requirement workshops, solutiondesign sessions, gap analysis, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholderpresentations.

·       Experience configuring and implementing enterprise softwaresolutions based on business requirements, policies, workflows, and regulatoryrequirements.

·       Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirementsanalysis, solution design, functional specifications, and User AcceptanceTesting (UAT).

·       Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI(GenAI), and AI-powered business solutions will be an advantage.

·       Must possess excellent written, presentation, facilitation,analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

·       Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to a business' needs

·       Competence in data modelling, facilitation, rapid applications development, or process re-engineering is a plus.

·       Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project priorities.

·       Experience delivering large-scale banking transformation, digitalization, or system implementation projects.
