Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Azure professional to design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and ensure reliable cloud operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft Azure infrastructure solutions, including landing zones and hub-spoke architectures
• Establish governance frameworks covering subscriptions, naming conventions, tagging, and Azure Policy
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using IaC tools such as Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using tools such as GitHub Actions
• Design and configure Azure networking components including VNet, NSG, UDR, VPN, ExpressRoute, and DNS
• Support security architecture including zero-trust principles and SASE integrations (e.g., Zscaler)
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access controls
• Support endpoint security, certificate management, vulnerability management, and patching processes
• Design and deploy Azure IaaS environments and associated infrastructure
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) implementation and management
• Implement backup, archival, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity
• Design and maintain monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor and integrated tools
• Support ITSM integration and operational processes including incident, change, and problem management
• Perform L2 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and recovery actions
• Develop and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and technical standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across monitoring, patching, backup, and operations
• Provide technical leadership for project delivery and ensure consistency and quality of solutions
• Support knowledge sharing and technical upskilling of team members
• Act as a technical liaison with stakeholders across regional and global teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operating Microsoft Azure infrastructure
• Strong experience with Azure networking including VNet, NSG, UDR, VPN, ExpressRoute, and DNS
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, operational design, troubleshooting, and incident response processes
• Ability to manage L2-level support, escalation handling, and technical issue resolution
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop is an added advantage
• Familiarity with network devices such as FortiGate or Aruba is an added advantage
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Network Engineer) are an added advantage
• ITIL certification or experience working within ITIL-based environments is an added advantage
• Experience in global operations, managed services, or on-call support environments is an added advantage
• Experience working with Japan-based teams or clients is an added advantage
