Overview

As part of our business process outsourcing team, the Senior Consultant – SAP Business One is responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live support. The role acts as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful adoption of SAP Business One solutions and alignment with business objectives.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and design workshops with customers.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP Business One best practices and process improvements.
• Manage multiple SAP Business One implementation projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop blueprint documentation and future-state business process flows.
• Configure and customize SAP Business One based on business requirements.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
• Create and customize reports using HANA Calculation Views, SQL queries, and Crystal Reports.
• Support data cleansing, migration, and integration from legacy or third-party systems.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and support teams to ensure project success.
• Deliver customer training and stakeholder engagement sessions, including senior management and C-suite users.

KeyRequirements

• Minimum 7 years of SAP Business One functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience within an ERP consulting, implementation, or technology solutions environment.
• At least 3 years of project leadership or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, and operational business processes.
• Experience in SAP Business One configuration, business process mapping, and solution design.
• Proficiency in SAP Crystal Reports, SQL queries, and HANA Calculation Views.
• Experience with SAP Business One add-ons such as Boyum and Produmex is highly preferred.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud or other SAP ERP solutions is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.

PreferredQualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• SAP Business One certification is required.
• Project Management or Service Delivery certifications are advantageous.
• Accounting or finance-related qualifications are beneficial.

A seasoned SAP Business One consultant with strong functional expertise and project leadership capabilities, able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while engaging effectively with stakeholders across all levels. The ideal candidate combines business process knowledge with technical reporting skills and a consultative approach to delivering successful ERP transformation projects.
