About the Job

• Data Architecture: Lead the evolution of a high-traffic data platform, focusing on scalability and performance for global users.

• Stream Processing: Architect and maintain advanced pipelines to process real-time behavioral data with high precision and stability.

• User Intelligence: Design and govern sophisticated user-profiling systems to enhance data quality and driven actionable insights.

• Internal Collaboration: Partner with product, operations, and AI teams to build data products that power intelligent business decisions.

• Operational Excellence: Improve system observability and maintainability to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

• Innovation: Translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions that optimize product performance.
  

Skills and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin.

• Minimum 3 years (ideally 5+) of experience developing complex, distributed systems. High proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL for large-scale data processing.

• Streaming Tech: Strong experience with the Apache Flink framework for real-time data handling.

• Modern Data Stack: Familiarity with a variety of data stores including NoSQL, Relational, and OLAP technologies.

• Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of tracking systems, user ID mapping, and automated data tagging mechanisms.
