Job Descriptions

• Lead and govern enterprise‑scale Data & Analytics and technology transformation initiatives, requiring a minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, data platforms, or large enterprise IT environments.
• Provide overall program oversight for multi‑stream delivery engagements, drawing on at least 8 years of experience in program, transition, or senior delivery management roles.
• Plan and execute cloud platform migration and modernization initiatives (including data centre exit and platform consolidation), supported by 5–7 years of direct experience in cloud‑based transformation programs.
• Coordinate and manage cross‑functional delivery teams across multiple geographies, leveraging demonstrated experience managing global or regional teams in structured enterprise settings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing governance updates, delivery risk assessments, and financial status reporting based on prior leadership accountability for business‑critical programs.
• Oversee large application and data estates during transition or transformation phases, ensuring service continuity, security, and regulatory alignment.
• Ensure adherence to organisational and client data protection, privacy, and compliance standards, including structured approaches to sensitive data handling.
• Manage program budgets, resourcing, and vendor performance, demonstrating commercial and delivery accountability expected at a senior professional level.

Requirements of this position

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a closely related technical field.
• 15 years of total relevant work experience in Data & Analytics, Enterprise Technology, or Digital Transformation roles.
• At least 8 years of experience in progressively senior roles involving program management, transition management, or large‑scale delivery leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience contributing to or leading cloud migration, data platform modernisation, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience interfacing with senior business and technology stakeholders in structured, enterprise environments.
• Prior experience working within global delivery or multi‑geography operating models.

Must Have Skill/ Technology

• 17+ years of experience across Program Management, Transition Management and Customer & Stakeholder engagement
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud transformation involving, Azure Databricks, IDMC and GCP.
• 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics Delivery in enterprise environments and 2+ years of experience in enterprise data warehouse migration using in Oracle and BI Tools like Qlik and Tableau.
• 5+ years of experience in large portfolio transformations involving 1000+ FTE and managing application partner migrations for 100+ applications.
• 7+ years specializing in enterprise‑wide security, risk, and compliance initiatives

Good to have

• 7+ years of experience in Agile / DevOps delivery models in enterprise programs
• 10+ years of experience in Data Privacy, Pseudonymization, or Regulatory Compliance initiatives
• 15+ years of experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in Budgeting, Commercial & Vendor Management responsibilities
