Senior Delivery Manager (Software Delivery)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead software delivery projects and work closely with business, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery from planning to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across the full project lifecycle
• Work closely with project, business, and technical teams to align priorities and timelines
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate with engineering teams to remove blockers and support smooth delivery
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives
• Provide clear updates on delivery progress, risks, and key decisions
• Support release planning, governance, operational readiness, and post go-live activities
• Coordinate with multiple teams or vendors where required

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software delivery, project delivery, programme management, Agile delivery, or product delivery management
• Experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software delivery lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work closely with technical teams and understand delivery blockers
• Experience managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and project governance
• Experience in large-scale, enterprise, or mission-critical projects will be an advantage
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2, CITPM, or related certification will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools will be an advantage
